At Quranly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your modest fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is unworn and in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original garment bags with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
